FTIgallery.com offers Philadelphia area collectors of Contemporary Art the woodworking sculptures and bowls from artist Thom Barlow who was born in 1950 in Lubbock, Texas. He is highly educated with degrees in Construction Technology and Industrial Technology and Industrial Management from Southeastern Louisiana University. He is a master print maker/serigrapher and has won international awards for his works. He was the printer for Cajun Landscape and Pop Artist George Rodrigue. After years of working as a printer Thom needed something more and decided to start working in three dimensions and he went back to his childhood and his love for woodworking. Thom has a unique ability to work from both sides of his brain exacting and creating beautiful wood bowls, sculptures, ribbon bowls. His finishing work is meticulous. He currently creates and resides in LA.
